I've always heard baby blessings and have loved them but they're very different when it's for your own baby. They seem to have so much more meaning and they touch your heart so much deeper. Her blessing was beautiful and perfect for her.
We are so happy our little Indy is ours and that we get the privilege of raising her in this earthly life. I am also so happy that she will have the knowledge of the gospel and that she will get to have a relationship with our Heavenly Father all of her life. When I was baptized that's what I was most excited for, my kids having the gospel their whole lives or at least having that option and infulence.
We felt so loved today by all of the family and friends that came to support our Inders and us! Becoming Indy's mom has taught me so much more about love and the love I have for her and others around me, especially Wes. Hearing Wes give her her blessing today was super special. I'm very grateful to have a husband that is a worthy priesthood holder and was able to give her that blessing today. My favorite part of the blessing was when he talked about her having Christ like love to everyone around her and that we hope she always knows how much she is loved by us and her Heavenly Father.

Our babies were born the same day and were blessed the same day! They are destined to be married!! haha jk but ya never know!
This was Indy's blessing dress. It's a special dress not only because she was blessed in it but because it was made from my wedding dress. She looked so perfect in her dress and was so sweet during her blessing, not a peep!
I feel very blessed to be her mom. I sure love my Indy girl!
